Request Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and provide a simple, immediate way to permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the VisualGen AI mobile application or via this web page.

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: This action is irreversible.

When you delete your VisualGen AI account, the following actions are executed immediately:

All of your uploaded portrait files are permanently wiped from our secure servers.
All generated AI photos are deleted from our private storage modules.
Your premium membership profile, subscription tracking, and remaining coin credits are permanently forfeited.
Your email, Google unique identifier, and profile name are permanently anonymized in compliance with GDPR and Google Play developer requirements.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 (Recommended): Open the VisualGen AI Android app, tap the Settings (Gear) icon, click on Account & Settings, and choose Delete Account Permanently.

Option 2 (Web Request): If you no longer have the application installed, please send an account deletion email containing your registered email address to support@noyonshop.com. Our administration team will process your request and securely wipe your records within 48 hours.
